" We can't predict all the struggles and storms in life, not even the ones just around the next corner, but as persons of faith and hope, we know beyond the shadow of any doubt that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and the best is yet to come."

Kendyll's First Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt!

My cute friend Kelli Wright had an Easter Egg hunt this year for all of the little ones while the big kids were in school. We used to do a neighborhood hunt but we all got lazy and stopped doing it a couple of years ago so this is a fun new tradition Kelli has started in our neighborhood. This is the group of little darlings before heading out for the big hunt.

There were eggs and prizes all over the lawn. It was funny to watch these little ones hunt because instead of picking up everything in sight like the big kids do, Kendyll would only pick it up if it was the color she liked or a piece of candy she was interested. We had to do some coaxing to get them to clean up the lawn.

This was the first time Kendyll's little basket was filled with Easter goodies this season, believe me it would not be last. Why is it that Easter goes on forever these days?
