" We can't predict all the struggles and storms in life, not even the ones just around the next corner, but as persons of faith and hope, we know beyond the shadow of any doubt that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and the best is yet to come."

Okay so this is now the third time I have written this text and three hours later, I think I may have finally figured this out. The first time I was super cheery, second time a little less, and third time, not sure how jolly this Christmas low down will be, but I hate to deny y'all a glimpse into the fabulous Christmas we had. Christmas Eve was a blast. We started out with a great party in Heber thrown by the Edwards side of the family. The food was scrumptious, Santa was sure jolly, and the game was rowdy. My favorite part was the nativity put on by the kids. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera so no shots of the party, but still we had a great time.

After the party we all headed through the snow storm to Mom and Dad's house. I am not sure what is about that house, but the minute we enter the home chaos presides (probably has something to do with us entering the home). Kids are running everywhere, screaming, giggling, crying, drawing on things, and making messes. Great thanks to mom for putting up with us. We started out the night with a piniata, I mean why not get violent right off the bat. Speaking of bats, the bat was swinging, Corey was squealing like a girl, and after about thirty or so hits, the candy was flying. After that it is all a sugar high to me!

After the piniata, more chaos ensued with the opening of gifts. Everyone got just what they wanted. You can tell by the look on Britta's face, she was definetely pleased. A special thanks to mom and dad for our gifts. Now that I have a sewing machine, I'll have to get crafty and make you all jammie pants or gym bags!

To top the night off, Buddy the Elf delivered jammies for all of the kidlets, They look so cute when they are ready for Bed! We made it home safe, laid out oreos for Santa and literally within minutes everyone was sawing logs!
