" We can't predict all the struggles and storms in life, not even the ones just around the next corner, but as persons of faith and hope, we know beyond the shadow of any doubt that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and the best is yet to come."

The Countdown to Christmas

The Catmull's Christmas Chain ... (This one is actually the Richard's but our's looks similar)

When I was a kids growing up, one of my favorite traditions was making the Christmas Chain. We would all get to help plan the events of December, write them down on the chain, and then each day remove a link a discover what exciting adventure was planned for the day. We have done this for several years in our home, and it has always been so fun. Last year Natalie blogged her chain and is doing it again this year, so I am going to copy her, mostly so I can have a record of our traditions so that we can continue to carry them on. (I even copied some of her pictures off of her blog, I am such a terrible sister but she is so good, and why go through the trouble if it has already been done well. So sorry Nat, but thanks.)
