Just when I thought all of my party planning was over, we decided to throw a suprise birthday party for my mom's sixtieth. She is such a great mom, it was the least we could do. So we invited all of her family and friends and planned it as a "sweet sixty" party. Of course we had to have it all just right so we all dressed up from the fifties and did a sweet shop with rootbeer floats and my mom's favorite sweets. We had karoake, which we all love, hula hoop contests, bubble gum, a video and a tribute from each of the kids and my dad, and of course in the VW girl tradition we had to write and sing her a song. It was a fun night, for a wonderful Mom!The gang was all there
