" We can't predict all the struggles and storms in life, not even the ones just around the next corner, but as persons of faith and hope, we know beyond the shadow of any doubt that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and the best is yet to come."

On the Fourth Day of Christmas!

The Festival of Trees!

This year Emma got to perform at the Festival of Trees. This is her first year of doing serious dance and she loves it! Her dance was really cute, and she danced it very well. She even had to do a back walkover on stage in unison with some other girls and pulled it off nicely. She is a cute little dancer and so good at whatever she does.

After the dance we walked around for about ten minutes. We forgot the stroller, so Kendyll was pretty much done, so we headed to the kids korner and she had all sorts of fun creating and gluing things together.

Jackson and his critter in the making...

Shawn and Emma, waiting to dial an elf..

Emma said the elf call was dumb, and that it didn't even sound like an elf at all. Britta on the other hand thought it was the best night of her life. She told the elf that for Christmas she would like a sweatshirt with a picture of the exact elf she was talking to on it. The elf was suprised and praised her creativity, then promptly promised her that Santa would surely fill her request. Thanks a lot dial an elf.

We left way after bedtime...it was a fun night.

Why didn't you tell me Emma was dancing? We would have come to see.

What a cute little dancer! Kinda random, but where does she take dance? My friend owns a dance studio that performed at the Festival & I'm simply curious.
